Signal in the Noise is Climate Barometer’s annual publication that monitors and makes sense of patterns and trends in opinion on climate change
Today we launch the second annual Signal in the Noise publication.
Drawing on our tracker of MP and public opinion, a novel social listening analysis, and a synthesis of wider published research, this year’s Signal in the Noise is both a look back at the 6 trends from 2025 that defined the year in public opinion on climate change, and a look forward to the topics, risks and opportunities that will shape public engagement in 2026.
